01 Agreement

By using osquare.tech you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them, and the version published here is the one that applies.

02 What this site is

This site describes Osquare, the services we offer and the products we build. It is information, nothing more.

Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. Prices, timelines, scopes and outcomes mentioned here are illustrative. Any engagement with Osquare is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement wins.

03 Case studies and figures

The case studies and numbers on this site are given in good faith and describe work we actually did. Client names are withheld because we are under confidentiality obligations to them.

Every result described is specific to that engagement, that team and that moment. It is not a promise, a forecast or a benchmark for your own project, and you should not rely on it as one. If a figure matters to your decision, ask us on a call and we will explain how it was measured.

04 Datadog

Osquare is a member of the Datadog Partner Network. Onboarding as a solution provider is in progress.

Datadog subscriptions bought through Osquare are governed by Datadog's Master Subscription Agreement, which is between you and Datadog. Datadog is a trademark of Datadog, Inc. Osquare is an independent company. We are not Datadog, we do not speak for Datadog, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement made by Datadog.

05 Our products

The Trenches Lab, Osquare HQ and RedactPro are separate products, each with its own terms and, where applicable, its own privacy notice. These website terms do not govern their use. If you use one of them, read the terms published with that product.

The Trenches Lab provides research information about publicly available market data. Nothing on it, and nothing said about it here, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions you make with that information are your own.

06 Intellectual property

The text, design, layout and code of this site belong to Osquare. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy the design or the code, or republish substantial parts of the text, without our written permission.

The photographs are used under the Unsplash License and remain the work of their photographers. Third-party names, logos and marks that appear on the site, including Datadog, belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what we work with.

07 Acceptable use

Use the site the way a person would. In particular, please do not:

• Scrape or crawl the site at a rate that burdens it, or in a way that ignores rate limits or robots directives.
• Misuse the contact form, for example to send unsolicited sales messages, bulk submissions or anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
• Attempt to breach, probe or work around the security of the site or the services behind it, or to gain access to anything not intended to be public.
• Introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it.

We may block access if any of this happens.

08 No warranties and liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of errors or interruptions, that the information on it is complete or current, or that it will meet any particular need. Parts of it depend on third-party services we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osquare is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY, STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a written agreement between you and Osquare says otherwise, in which case that agreement governs.
