Privacy policy
What osquare.tech collects, why we collect it, and how to ask us to remove it.
Last updated 10 September 202601 Who we are
Osquare is a design and AI studio based in Chandigarh, India. We work with clients in India and the United States. This site, osquare.tech, is ours, and we are responsible for the information described here.
The legal entity behind Osquare is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
For anything to do with this policy, or with information you have sent us, write to hello@osquare.tech. A person reads it.
02 What this policy covers
This policy covers osquare.tech and the pages on it, including the case studies, the observability pages and the contact form.
It does not cover our products. The Trenches Lab, Osquare HQ and RedactPro are separate products with their own terms and, where applicable, their own privacy notices. If you use one of them, read the notice published with that product.
It also does not cover the sites of other companies that we link to. Once you follow a link away from osquare.tech, that site's own policy applies.
03 What we collect and why
Two things, and nothing else.
- What you send through the contact form. Your name, your work email, your company, the topic you pick from the list, and the message you write. The form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes the message to our mailbox, where it is stored. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on that enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside Osquare.
- Technical data that arrives automatically. When a browser loads a page, the web server and the third-party services listed below receive the standard information that any web request carries: your IP address, your browser type and version, and the page you asked for. This is how the web works rather than something we set up, and we do not use it for anything beyond serving the page.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, payment details, identity documents or any special category of personal information on this site. Please do not put such information in the contact form.
04 Third-party services the site loads
To render the site, your browser fetches files from a few external services. Each of them receives your IP address and standard request data at the moment it is fetched.
- Formspree. Handles the contact form and delivers your message to us.
- Google Fonts. Serves the typefaces the site is set in.
- The Unsplash image CDN. Serves the photographs.
- cdnjs, operated by Cloudflare. Serves the animation library used for the scroll animations.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. There is no measurement script, no tracking pixel and no profile of your visit. If that ever changes, we will update this page.
06 How long we keep enquiries
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation needs, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, so that we can remember what was discussed if you come back to us later.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep something to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Email hello@osquare.tech and tell us what you would like removed.
07 Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information about you we hold.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your enquiry and the information in it.
- Stop using it, if you object to the way it is being used.
To exercise any of these, email hello@osquare.tech from the address you contacted us with, or tell us enough for us to find the enquiry. We aim to reply within one working day and to act on it promptly. There is no charge.
We handle information under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Depending on where you live, the law of your own country may give you further rights, and we will honour a reasonable request made under it. We make no claim to hold a privacy certification or seal of any kind.
08 Children
This site is meant for businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something through the contact form, tell us and we will delete it.
09 Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, we will change this page and put a new date at the top. There is no version history to dig through: the page you are reading is the policy in force.
Questions about any of it go to hello@osquare.tech.
